SalesSealy & Co. purchased a 128,877-square-foot industrial production and warehouse facility at 2465 Joe Field Road in Dallas. The building is fully leased to eyewear company Luxottica. Sealy & Co’s Jason Gandy and Scott Sealy Jr. brokered the sale with Tom Pearson of Colliers International. LUXE at Grand Prairie LLC bought a 23-acre multifamily development site located along Bardin Road just east of Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie. The site is south of Interstate 20 and will be used for a 318-unit apartment development.
