I love you so much. Happy anniversary.” Throughout the clip, she pans by the couple’s kitchen island, which is completely covered with vases brimming with blooms. In the fleet of floral arrangements, followers can see bunches of roses, orchids, hydrangeas, lilies and succulents in shades of plum, blush and ivory. Wahlberg’s recent romantic gesture is only the fragrant cherry atop of this anniversary sundae. The duo just returned from a vacation in Italy, where they took part in some premature celebrations on Sardinia on Friday. The former model posted a picture of them cuddling together on a yacht ride off the coast of the Mediterranean island, writing “#infinityandbeyond” in the caption.
