A bus carries passengers from the airport to the isolated areas. Flight VJ871 departed from Daegu at 6:52 am on February 24 before landing at Da Nang International Airport with 80 passengers onboard, including 22 Korean nationals and 58 Vietnamese people, according to Dr. Nguyen Tien Hong, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Health. Each of the Korean nationals on the flight are to be isolated at the Lung Hospital, while all of the 60 Vietnamese citizens are to be put into quarantine at the Dong Nghe Athletic and Coaching Center in Hoa Vang district of Da Nang, in line with procedures, stated Dr. Hong. The Da Nang Center for Disease Control and the city Department of Health have been co-ordinating alongside relevant units in order to take these passengers to the isolation centres. All of the passengers remain in stable health conditions, with none of them showing abnormal clinical symptoms. Hospitals and health facilities in Da Nang have put on sufficient numbers of personnel, whilst also preparing medicines in order to provide isolation and treatment for each of the passengers.
