Recently, at a meeting of the Steering Committee for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam suggested that the Ministry of Health should be the coordinator that works with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to urgently study, formulate and draw up guidelines on opening the border to vaccinated foreigners. This task aims both at fighting the pandemic and spurring economic growth.
